New Beacon for Specialty Coffee in Munich
I first visited Stray Coffee Roasters on a sunny afternoon in Westend — the light roast espresso blew me away. Since then, it’s become one of my favorite spots in Munich’s coffee scene.
Located at Gollierstraße 30, this specialty coffee roastery and café has quickly earned a reputation among locals and visitors alike.
Passion for Quality, Fairness & Transparency

Stray Coffee Roasters is committed to responsibility, fairness, and transparency in every cup.
They roast their own coffee, carefully selecting high-quality beans and applying a light roasting approach to bring out the distinct flavors of each origin.
They also engage in direct trade practices, ensuring transparency in both sourcing and roasting.
In addition to serving their own coffee, they also roast beans for other coffee spots, such as Café Faber. Their bright and inviting café features a long coffee bar, offering an open and welcoming atmosphere.
A Cozy Café Experience
The café provides a warm and inviting ambiance, making it an ideal spot for coffee enthusiasts and casual visitors alike.
They always run two espresso grinders – one featuring their house blend and another with a rotating single origin for variety.
You can also get a batch brew, and if it’s not too busy, don’t hesitate to ask for a V60 pour-over – chances are good that you’ll get a freshly brewed filter coffee.
For a snack, they serve Franzbrötchen and a selection of other baked goods.

Additionally, they sell beautifully handcrafted cups, making it a great spot for home brewers looking to enhance their coffee experience.
A Must-Visit for Coffee Lovers
If you’re in Munich and appreciate high-quality, ethically sourced coffee, Stray Coffee Roasters is a destination worth exploring.
Their dedication to excellence, responsibility, and transparency sets them apart in Munich’s growing specialty coffee scene.
